conference facilties
Kudu Ridge offers a fully serviced, air-conditioned conference room 12 x 6 meters, equipped with a sound system, CD / DVD player, white board, big screen and flip chart with pens.

A VHS video recorder/player and television can be supplied upon request, at no extra cost. The conference centre has a suggested capacity of 25 people in a 'U' shape seating arrangement and 40 people in cinema style. Tables are solid wood tables, dressed or covered by table cloth and seating supplied are comfortable padded, solid metal chairs.

An LG data/video projector is available for rent.

Toilets are immediately adjacent - male and female.

A rate of R80 per person per day, or portion thereof, is applicable.

This rate covers the hall usage and supply of all the above mentioned equipment, as well as coffee/tea on arrival, mid-morning coffee/tea with refreshments, mid-afternoon coffee/tea, cordial, ice water and sweats on the tables.

An LG Data/Video projector is available at a rate of 0.00 per day.

meals
Meals will be packaged individually with each booking in order to cater for your specific needs or requests, and then priced accordingly. The average cost as a guideline to breakfast is estimated at about 0.00, lunch at 0.00 and supper approximately 0.00 per person depending on the menu or options agreed upon.

beverages
A Cash Bar is available on site to cater for all your beverage needs. Pricelist available upon request.
