Accommodation
All bookings must be by either e-mail, fax or web
and will be confirmed by us. A deposit of 50%
is generally required to confirm bookings.
In the event of a booking where a deposit was obtained, the deposit is refundable if we are notified by e-mail
or fax (in writing) within the time period of the
commencement of the stay or event, as follows:
one month or more - 100%
two weeks to one month - 50%
one week to two weeks - 25%
less than one week - non-refundable
In the event of a cancellation of a booking
or event where no deposit was obtained upfront,
the following cancellation policy applies:
30% of total fee if cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival
50% of total fee if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival
70% of total fee if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival

We accept cash or internet transfers
Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and local taxes
